Where can I track my orders?
A tracking number will be sent via provided email alongside invoice.
Change I change my order & how can it be done?
If the order is not shipped, we can change it. If order has been shipped, you could need to email us at email@example.com with your Name, Address, Order Number and reason for return or exchange for another item after which your request will be processed.
If I received only part of the whole order, what should i do?
In a case where you haven't received your complete order, you would need to email us at firstname.lastname@example.org about your order. Once we have processed your request your missing item will be sent along with a discount code for your next purchase for your inconvenience.
Can a loyal customer get a discount?
By subscribing to your newsletter program you will be able to access discount code for different items through your email. We also offer loyal customer discount codes to show our appreciation towards our customers.
When is the next promotion?
Promotions and discounts are all sent via email. Subscribe to mailing list to keep up to date on the best deals!
Can I get sent a product test sample?
In some cases, we can provide samples. Please contact email@example.com with a reason to request a sample and we will process your request. In an event of accepting your request, we will send you a free sample of our product in hopes of displaying our commitment towards our customers!
How can an order be cancelled?
An order cannot be cancelled once shipped. If order hasn't been shipped we can cancel your order, contact firstname.lastname@example.org with your Name, Address, Order Number and reason for cancellation.
If an order is shipped, separately will there be double shipping charge?
If you have placed an order & the order hasn't been shipped, you may contact email@example.com or dm us on instagram @beprobarbers and we will cancel your order and allow you to make another order with the new items you'd like to add. If you'd like to have to different shipping boxes, you may order in two different instances.
Shipping destinations: We ship both locally in Australia
Shipping times: Local orders take up to 5 business days to be delivered to you and we ship within 1-2 business day.
Shipping time might vary depending on location, shipment method and other factors. Shipping cost: Orders over $75 will have free shipping.
Orders under $75 will be charged for shipping depending on your chosen delivery method and item size. Full price will be displayed at checkout.
You can select your preferred payment method at checkout.
We accept secure payments for customers via Credit Cards, Debit Cards & PayPal.
Returns and Refunds
Your 100% satisfaction is important for us. We offer a 30-days Return & Exchange Policy:
If a product gets damaged or was faulty upon a delivery - we offer 100% refund for the item (but not the shipping)
Timing: we have a 30-days Return & Exchange Policy, since the day item was received.
To be eligible for a return, goods must be unopened, unused, undamaged and accompanied by proof of purchase.
For returns, please email info@beprobarbers with the subject 'Returns' and include your order number, name and the reason for the return.
Seller will provide the customer with instructions where to send returned goods. Customers are strongly recommended to get proof of postage such as a tracking number when returning goods to avoid "lost packages" situations.
Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs of returned items.
When returned item is received and inspected, customer receives a confirmation email, notifying about the status of the refund.
If the refund is approved, then it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to customer's credit card or original payment method shortly after.
Simply add as many items as you wish to your shopping cart while browsing our store. Once you want to proceed with the order - do so by going to the cart and clicking "checkout". Follow the instructions by providing us with delivery information and select payment method the for goods - we will ship your package within 1-2 business days.
